class=\"text-justify\">If we analyze the human body from the external point of view, we find different possible configurations depending on the relationship between <a href=\"https:\/\/tevipa.com\/blog\/en\/anatomy-body-measurements-pattern-making#InternalStructure\">internal structure<\/a> (skeletal) and <a href=\"https:\/\/tevipa.com\/blog\/en\/anatomy-body-measurements-pattern-making#externalStructure\">external structure<\/a> (chest and genitals).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-justify\">Among them, two are considered <strong>original morphologies<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" <strong>feminine (f)<\/strong>, when internal and external structures both align as feminine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-justify\">The others are <strong>variations<\/strong> that result from crossing these two dimensions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading text-justify has-medium-font-size\">Mathematical formulation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-justify\">We define two sets based on the original morphologies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"text-justify\"><strong>Internal structure<\/strong>: {m, f}<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div text-justify has-medium-font-size\">Symbolic representation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-justify\">To display it visually, we had to resort to traditional symbols: the <strong>fig leaf<\/strong> to cover the masculine and the <strong>flower<\/strong> to cover the feminine.<br>It is not an aesthetic choice, but a way to circumvent what we could call the <strong>prudish digital morality<\/strong>, a censorship that forces us to disguise the obvious even when talking about anatomy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading text-justify has-medium-font-size\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-justify\">Pattern making reminds us that <a href=\"https:\/\/tevipa.com\/blog\/en\/equality-lies-in-inequality\/\">equality is built by recognizing inequality<\/a>.<br>Every body is unique, and the role of the pattern maker is not to judge or normalize it, but to adapt it.<br>In that technical gesture lies the greatest act of respect for the diversity of the human
